One&Only’s truly omnichannel approach centered around rich storytelling content across email marketing, the website and social media campaigns using Sitecore components and geotargeting afforded agility over the shifting travel landscape. The joy of One&Only was brought to life with content that resonated with their audience at each phase of the pandemic, resulted in an average 42% uplift in time on site. Atlantis the Palm’s Sitecore personalization drove targeted local sales with up to 220% uplift in engagement across key customer groups.

Through the rigorous selection process, each entry was judged by a panel consisting of Sitecore leadership from that entry’s region. There are three regions that evaluated and approved all regional selections based on specific selection and scoring criteria.
