Kuwait: As part of its ongoing commitment to providing the most advanced internet banking services, Kuwait International Bank (KIB) launched its latest Live Chat e-banking service. This latest service allows existing customers and others to communicate with customer service employees at the Bank through Visual Interactive Voice Response (VIVR).

On his part, Eugene Galligan, General Manager of the Retail Banking Department, said: “KIB always strives to deliver the latest solutions, focusing on superior customer service with the utmost comfort and convenience. Our latest service, Live Chat, is accessible to our customers and others, allowing them to directly communicate with customer service representatives any day of the week from the hours of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.”

Galligan noted that the new Live Chat service provides existing customers, new customers, and potential customers with a wide range of benefits. Through Live Chat, customers can now complete more banking transactions faster, receive quick answers to bank-related questions, activate or deactivate cards and services, submit various requests, reset PIN codes, update personal information on the system, and many more services on the spot and in real-time. Additionally, the post-chat feedback provides an excellent opportunity to evaluate our performance and make adjustments.

Moreover, Galligan pointed out that anyone can use the Live Chat service by simply dialing 1866866. Afterwards, a link to KIB’s VIVR service will be sent via SMS, where users must then select Live Chat from the main menu or from the menu for non-customers. Alternatively, KIB customers can also directly call the special customer service number.

It is worth noting that KIB’s new strategic direction aims at providing high-quality products and services, thereby improving customer satisfaction and reducing banking transaction time; all of which cements the Bank’s integral role as a partner under its slogan ‘Bank for Life’.
