Knight Frank, the world's largest privately owned global property agency and consultancy, announces it has hired a new senior professional to strengthen the service line and expand the company's reach in the region.
Diaa Noufal joins Knight Frank as an Associate Partner to manage company's property research in the MENA region and to represent the company as a media spokesman. He will help Knight Frank to meet increasing demand from developers, property owners and occupiers with requirements for advisory services, feasibility studies and market commentary. Diaa brings more than 12 years of experience most of which in providing real estate advisory solutions to developers and investors in the MENA region but mostly in UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Having worked with a number of top developers in these countries, he has hands-on experience in commercial, residential, retail and hospitality real estate throughout the region. He was also active in the media through providing commentary and interviews on real estate market dynamics.
Diaa noted, "Over the last decade, I've witnessed how property owners, investors and developers in the region have become, increasingly keen to source correct information and insightful analysis, especially in times of instability, uncertainty and lack of transparency.
