Ameen: 50,000 banknotes per hour with anti counterfeit system for any currency
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) began to operate the most advanced money counting machines in Kuwait, which can discover counterfeited banknotes through measures of sound and images, in addition to detecting the main substance used in the Kuwaiti dinar, the dollar, and the euro. The machine can also be programmed to handle any currency, and is also capable of counting all kinds of bank notes efficiently and quickly.
The Direct Sales Unit Manager Nedal Ameen said that this machine meets the requirements of the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK), and reveals KFH's keenness to implement the latest technology that supports banking work, and boosts performance. He noted that all efforts seek to offer the clients the best services, and this machine will give KFH clients a proper and clean bank note. He added that the machine can count 50,000 bank notes per hour, and can be programmed for other currencies, in addition to the fact that it has a relatively small size compared to its great abilities; the machine is also user friendly and has almost zero errors.
Ameen explained that the machine has a sensitive sensor that detects the chemical substances of the Kuwaiti dinar through a high quality camera, not to mention another sensor that is a microphone that measures the sound while counting the Kuwaiti dinar, and compares that sound to the sound programmed in it, which allows the machine to detect any counterfeiting by sound and image. He went on to say that that the call center and kfh.com have expanded their role and services in serving the society, which allows KFH to increase its market share. He mentioned that the call center and kfh.com play a significant role in keeping KFH clients linked to their accounts on the one hand, and the bouquet of services on the other, which allows the clients to access his account through kfh.com from anywhere in the world, not to mention benefitting from the 150 free services. He noted that the call center is currently marketing some services and products, in addition to its essential role, which is to receive calls from clients to answer their questions and receive their suggestions that are taken into consideration.
