Latest developments in line with GCC expansion plans
Kababji Grill, the famous, award-winning Lebanese food chain managed by Dubai-based regional F&B platform, Eathos, has announced the opening of the first Kababji Express outlet in Dubai. The concept known for its high quality, fresh and authentic Lebanese cuisine, currently has outlets located in Paloma Tower, Dubai Marina, and Al Ghurair Center, Rigga Road. With two further Kababji Express outlets set to open in the coming year, Kababji continues to consolidate its UAE presence.
Kababji Express is a quick delivery service, designed to accommodate those looking to enjoy authentic Lebanese food within the comfort of their homes. With two Kababji Express venues already operating in Beirut, the Shorooq venue will be the first-ever express format outlet outside of Lebanon. The pilot project is the latest example of the company evolving store formats to meet customer needs in the region and a testament to the ongoing success of the brand.
Commenting on the robust store expansion strategy, Faysal Younes, CEO of Eathos said, “We are very pleased to be expanding the Kababji brand throughout the UAE, with the opening of two Kababji Express outlets in Dubai, as well as another in Abu Dhabi. The Shorooq outlet in Mirdif is located in Shorooq Community Centre on the ground floor. The compact 1,000 square foot locations will undertake deliveries between 7am, and midnight daily.
Since its launch in January 2016, Kababji has carved a niche for itself in Dubai, noted for its commitment to offering healthy and soulful food through its ingredients and ethical cooking. The restaurant uses hormone-free, antibiotic-free chicken, farm-raised lamb, handpicked vegetables that are farm-grown, and gluten, fat, sugar, and wheat-free oat bread.
