Sigma Paints Saudi Arabia Ltd. has recently been awarded the ISO 9001-2000 Certification, proving once more that dedication to quality guarantees the most satisfying rewards.
Sigma Paints credit this achievement to our quality-conscious company culture that guaranteed the ISO 9002 certification as early as 1994 and kept them continually striving for excellence.
With the ever changing requirements from the ISO organizers, Sigma Paints has had to constantly maintain its drive towards excellence. The company viewed these changes as challenges and assigned the Quality Control Department the task of fulfilling the specific technical requirements and putting together updated data for a Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, Quality Mapping, Quality Forms and much more.
Sigma Paints Middle East General Manager, Mr. Hubert de Sarrazin, commented "It was a gigantic task for the Sigma team but each and everyone's perseverance paid off and we were awarded the modified ISO 9001-2000 Certification."
