The highlight of the payment terms is that after the initial payment of 10%, it can be spread over 6 years with no interest.
The total cost of development of the Eye Commercial tower is towers is AED 350 million and the Rose -residential tower is AED 250 million. The projects are expected to complete by the year 2009 and the bookings for both towers is currently underway.
