INJAZ Bahrain, in collaboration with Brinc Batelco, has successfully conducted an Innovation Camp workshop for the company’s program students. The three-day workshop was held from October 16th, 17th and 18th at Brinc Batelco with over 200 students with a focus on entrepreneurship and innovation. In a booming tech savvy world, characterised by complexity and challenges of intense completion, INJAZ Bahrain comes in to teach its students the sailing essentials to survive the market’s demands.

The agenda of the workshop included an introduction to Batelco and Brinc Batelco, followed by several innovative puzzles and mysteries solving through critical thinking. Students were encouraged to think creatively, by coming up with innovative business ideas, and solutions to tackle real problems. To energize students, a number of workout stations were made available throughout the workshop.

Ms. Hana Sarwani, INJAZ Bahrain’s Executive Director, commented on the success of workshop saying: “INJAZ Bahrain is proud to partner with Brinc Batelco to bring the country’s future entrepreneurs an immersive learning experience to grow their skills. The workshop primarily aimed to teach, lead and inspire Bahraini youth towards building a good understanding of self-employment, with first-hand experience of the spirit of entrepreneurship, and using critical and creative thinking for generating innovative product ideas.”

Students were additionally mentored by two of INJAZ’s very own alumni, who had previously won the 2015 INJAZ Young Arab Entrepreneurs Competition. The participation of Alumni was a further proof of INJAZ’s programs’ commitment to share knowledge and values, as well as inspire students through leadership, expertise and guidance on how to turn a basic idea into tangible results.

Known for its overwhelming record of success in supporting Bahraini youth, INJAZ aimed through this Innovative Camp workshop, to help students learn from real world CEOs and their expertise.
