Muscat :  A recent survey on Oman’s ICT demographics initiated by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology showed that more than 95% of the Sultanate’s population has access to internet, mobile phones, computers, smart devices, social media and content. This data is not just illustrative of the ICT growth potential of the nation, but also puts in perspective Omantel’s contributions and imminent role in enabling and supporting Oman’s long-term ICT vision and roadmap.

A distinct growth in fixed and mobile internet market will ride on the significant evolution and momentum resulting from the digitization of technologies.
