As the representative of Thomas International, in the Middle East - Human Dimension, which is the subsidiary of Altanmiya Holding Company (ATH), conducted its fourth workshop for the analysis of behavioral assessment in Kuwait, Bahrain, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
On this occasion, Mr. Ghassan Ahmed, the General Manager of Human Dimensions announced that the workshop is part of an awareness campaign highlighting the importance of assessment tools in various business fields in the Middle East, and is the fourth of its kind this year.
Mr. Amir El Assaad , the Regional Manager, added that the workshop focused on introducing DISC theory and its patterns within the work environment, as well as, how to apply the Thomas system to identify the behavioral characteristics of the individual in different departments within the organization. The system also identifies the required behavior and then assists the department managers and decision makers to choose the right staff for the job in a practical, quick and highly cost effective way.
Ms. Amena Khan, the Operation Manager also confirmed that Human Dimensions continues to maintain a network of its representatives in the Middle East for a variety of products, related to the assessment of psychological and behavioral effects on human behavior and tools measuring mental capacity, in addition to providing consultation services in the area of Human Resources and organize conferences specialized within this field.
