Dubai, UAE, May 22, 2003 - Grand Hyatt Dubai, the 674-room City Conference Resort in Bur Dubai which opened its doors on March 18, yesterday received its 5-star classification from Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing. Held at the hotel, Mr. Khalid Saeed A. Bin Touq, DTCM’s Licensing and Classification Manager, presented Peter Fulton, General Manager of Grand Hyatt Dubai with a plaque designating the hotel with five stars, officially the highest classification for a luxury hotel.
