Dubai: The real estate and properties transactions valued at AED 8.6 billion in total during the week ending 24 March 2023. The sum of transactions was 3,164.

 218 plots were sold for AED 1.9 billion, 2,177 apartments and villas were sold for AED 4.73 billion.

The top three transactions were a land in Palm Jumeirah sold for AED 550 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 74 million in Palm Jumeirah, and a land sold for AED 550 million in Palm Jumeirah in third place.

Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week by 94 sales transactions worth AED 326.67 million, followed by Al Hebiah Fourth with 25 sales transactions worth AED 247.85 million, and Jabal Ali First with 24 sales transactions worth AED 65 million in third place.

The top three transfers for apartments and villas were a was sold for AED 61 million in Mankhool, a was second in the list sold for AED 54 million in Palm Jumeirah, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for AED 52 million in Marsa Dubai.

The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 1.54 billion, with the highest being a land in Palm Jumeirah, mortgaged for AED 250 million.

349 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 522 million.
