In line with its social responsibility towards students
Kuwait: Global Investment House (Global) announced today that it hosted a group of students from Kuwait National English School (KNES) as part of the Injaz Kuwait Job Shadow Program. The purpose of the visit was to introduce the students to the company and its products and service in addition to the work environment at Global.
Mrs. Noor Saleh Al Muzaini, a member of the Marketing & Communications Department commented, "This participation stems from our belief in the partnership between the private sector and social organizations such as Injaz for the well-being of the community. It also reflects the company's commitment to develop the education sector and provide the members of the community with equal opportunities to excel in different fields of interest."
Members of Global welcomed the students and accompanied them throughout their visit to the various departments, and introduced them to the various services the company offers to its clients. The students were given the chance to chat with some employees in the company and gather information about the working life.
Talal AlMuhanna, Program Manager from Injaz Kuwait quoted, "Injaz strives to enlighten the students in Kuwait through working hand-in-hand with our CSR partners such as Global Investment House. Injaz really thanks Global for fostering our students and hosting every year throughout the Job Shadow Program. The students learned the most out of this experience."
It is worth mentioning that the students' visit to Global was part of the company's on-going efforts to develop the youths' skills, particularly students, by inspiring them of their future career after graduation.
