Yukiko and friends enthrall viewers, taking them on a roller-coaster ride of emotions

Cartoon Surprises, by Dubai Ports Authority, will celebrate with special cartoon shows. These shows will bring together the children and their friends the cartoon characters, who will teach them in an atmosphere of love and enjoyment. The Funny Clown Stage Show will be performed in malls across the city, and will show children the true meaning of friendship & happiness.

Maryam Arhama, Supervisor, Stage Show Programmes, Dubai Summer Surprises, said, "Yukiko's Funny Clown Show will present a lot of useful ideas and learning about life and experiences to a child, as well as the true meaning of friendship & happiness, which will surely leave an impression on children. This being in an atmosphere filled with love and laughter, the message will be all the more embedded in their lives."

"The story is about a clown named Yukiko, who lives with his friends the elephant, the ant, the bee, the mouse, the cat, the dog and the bird. Yukiko is known for bringing happiness to the hearts of all his little friends and is like a breath of fresh air with his stories that he tells the children. He relates all his zany adventures with his friends, and even acts them out."

"The twist appears when all of a sudden there is a sad face on Yukiko, who has always only brought laughter. He suddenly has no more funny stories to share, as the cartoon characters have done nothing new and exciting. He is sad as he feels he will never be a funny clown anymore. Yukiko's good friends try to bring his smile back so he can start telling his stories again, and make the children laugh. They give him new ideas, new stories, and bring him back to normal life filled with happiness and joy."

"He finds out that true happiness is not in making others laugh but is actually in having faithful friends, who wont leave you when you're down. The show ends with Yukiko partying with friends, lots of music, with artistic lights, sets etc.", she added.
