Dubai: FSI Middle East, the region’s leading facilities management solutions software provider, has been awarded the contract to supply and deliver FM software solutions to TAD Total Facilities Management (TAD), located in Sudan and Eastern Africa.
FSI Middle East will be providing TAD with the latest version of Concept Evolution, FSI’s completely web-based Computer Aided Facilities Management solution. FSI will be responsible for implementing and configuring the new system in line with TAD’s business processes, as well as providing the required training. Ultimately handover a fully-integrated system which will enable them to optimise their business operations.
“Our strategy is to be a market leader in FM in Eastern Africa and employing 10,000 people over the next five years,” explained Mohamed Bakhit, CEO of TAD Total Facilities Management.
“Due to our significant and fast-paced growth strategy we require a high-end CAFM system which provides us with more visibility over our operations, as well as an effective medium to improve the quality of the services we provide through effective and efficient processes. In fact, we researched all the options available in the market over the past year, and we partnered with FSI as our CAFM service provider, as we could see without a doubt that FSI is clearly the leader in the region.”
“We also very proud to be among the first FM companies in Africa to implement a state-of-the-art CAFM system within our operations. The system enables us to easily schedule our PPM and routine tasks and have visibility over the activities within all our contracts across multiple sites. The system also allows our customers to have real time access whereby they could see the work conducted at their facilities, which definitely gives us a competitive edge,” added Bakhit.
TAD will also be integrating their 24/7 helpdesk into Concept Evolution which enables them to schedule all their reactive maintenance tasks as per agreed SLAs and KPIs, which is a huge benefit to both clients and employees.
TAD Total Facilities Management was established in 2015 to provide total facilities management services in Sudan and Eastern Africa. TAD currently employs more than 1000 full time employees and manages a diverse range of facilities for national and multi-national customers within healthcare, corporate, banking, telecommunication, NGO’s and industrial sectors. TAD’s inhouse training center also provides training within the local community, whereby members of the community can improve their skills and be certified by TAD as cleaners, technicians as well as waiters.
