Singular Tech launches CS-Time version 3.0. It adds new functionalities that make the role of HR department more easier, by managing time and attendance of their employees and controlling absenteeism effectively.
CS-Time was already known as a revolutionary product, thanks to its innovative features and simplicity of use. Version 3.0 allows managing from a Web page the time and attendance of their employees, by showing many graph reports.
At the click of the mouse, time types can be edited, inconsistencies can be amended and shifts can be easily changed. Daily balance and results report will be automatically generated in real time. All these features cover almost all the operations that are carried out daily by HR management.
The new software will enable the user to add photographs of each employee into their database by using a web-cam. Version 3.0 adds a new tool that will instantly allow making mass changes in the schedules of a group of employees.
The software also introduces additional advanced technological features to enhance efficiency. The WEB viewfinder feature will allow employees to consult their clockings, their current schedule and their daily balance. Scheduled actuations will take advantage of the advanced features of CS-Time terminals to enter the world of automation in their companies. It will automatically allow activation of a siren, scheduled opening of doors or the lighting control
With CS Time's dedication to maximising customer service vocation, Singular Tech provides remote software activation via Internet for more technical support. It will eliminate the need of a physical USB key to activate the software, it will be more convenient and a better customer service from the manufacturer itself.
