FedEx Invoice Online is a tool that will allow customers to manage the entire FedEx invoice cycle in a seamless, streamlined process through a web-based application. It will eliminate paperwork for customers while providing flexibility and a greater degree of control over the bill payment process, completing a suite of tools to enable customers to manage the entire shipping process online.
Available free of charge to all valid FedEx account holders* on www.fedex.com 24 hours a day, FIO uses cutting edge technology to maximize efficiency for FedEx customers. The tool will enable users to:
-Receive and view invoices within 24 hours of issue
-Track the status of invoices
-File electronic copies of invoices and print out hard copies in a variety of formats
-Receive notification via email of new and outstanding invoices etc.
-Eliminate all paper-based steps to receive and internally route invoices
