The 428-room project is the first Swissôtel in UAE. Being the first Swissôtel in the UAE, Swissôtel Al Ghurair is all set to celebrate the spirit of Ramadan in an authentic environment in the heart of Dubai.
A delightful Iftar buffet and live Oriental music are arranged at Liwan Restaurant to give magical experience on the holy month.
Traditional specialities for the Iftar includes Ouzi Mutton (Oriental lamb dish with oriental rice), Trout (rice-stuffed vegetables), puree (chicken / mutton porridge) Chicken (chicken with wheat grain) and mandi (rice dish with Yemeni meat), as well as dishes with traditional cheeses.
Before dawn, the customers will get a chance to relax over Suhoor and choose from a wide variety of shisha flavours along with the suhoor menu.
The Shayan Restaurant serves a delicious selection of Lebanese and Iranian dishes for a pleasant Iftar including Ash Rashtah (traditional Iranian soup), Iranian kebab, juji kebab, kebab kubida, and valodas (cold noodles, half sugar syrup and rose water). This wonderful experience is complemented by a delightful selection of refreshing drinks such as mint Fresca and ice-cold iced tea.
All fans of the traditional Arabic, Lebanese and Iranian cuisine around Dubai, especially in the Deira area will be able to enjoy the tasty menu of the amazing chefs of Swissôtel, who applies excellent techniques and combinations that have stood the test of time around the world.
Iftar at Liwan Restaurant and Shayan Restaurant will be served from sunset until 9 pm at AED 139 and AED 149 (per person) respectively, including Ramadan juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea, a free meal for children under six, and a half-price meal for children 6-12 years old.
Suhoor at the Liwan Restaurant will be served from 2 am to 4 am at a price starting from AED 69 per person, as well as a special suhoor menu from 9:30 pm to 1:30 am.
