Leading figures from Dubai's construction and infrastructure sectors have received a technical and legal overview of the sector at a specialist seminar hosted by international law firm, Eversheds.
Topics covered at the seminar included procuring major infrastructure projects in the Middle East, dispute resolution pitfalls and procedures and limiting risk and exposure. Speakers at the event, which was chaired by Nasser Ali Khasawneh, Eversheds Managing Partner in the Middle East, included experts from EC Harris, the built assets consultancy, and partners and associates from Eversheds.
