The London Clinic, a leading private hospital and cancer centre based in London’s Harley Street, is introducing its latest strategic innovation to oncology pathways to the Middle East via globally renowned healthcare exhibition Arab Health (30 January-2 February 2023).

Joining the Harley Street Medical Area (HSMA) stand, the hospital will be highlighting how patients can benefit from a “one stop shop” diagnostic pathway that includes an initial consultation, diagnostics and results achieved in 24-48 hours, enabling patients to receive timely results and begin treatment as quickly as possible.

The London Clinic – renowned as a leading centre for robotic surgical techniques –offers targeted and optimised treatments for cancer, supported by multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) comprising world-class surgeons and oncologists.

The leading private hospital is committed to using the latest technology, including brand-new, state-of-the-art MR Linac machines, which were installed in 2022. The technology enables patients to benefit from next generation radiotherapy treatment while allowing complex cases to be treated more efficiently and with greater precision.

The hospital is further expanding its partnerships, combining expertise with other central London cancer centres including Cleveland Clinic London (CCL) to ensure it can provide the highest quality patient-centred care and a seamless treatment pathway.

Lina Patel, Associated Director of Cancer Care, said: “When patients enter into the care of our hospital, we look at each individual uniquely and holistically. In oncology, patients are not just ‘cancer patients’, we ensure they are looked after in every sense, including for non-cancer conditions. We do complex work, we have a fantastic intensive care unit (ICU) with an outreach team who are able to support the acute care needed 24/7. We have access to a wide range of specialists across different disciplines of care.

“We’re also proud to welcome patients from all over the world, including from the Middle East, and we look forward to joining this year’s Arab Health to showcase how our innovative cancer pathways can enhance care for patients, both in the UK and internationally.”
