In line with its ongoing commitment to nurturing the potential of Omani youth and women, Bank Nizwa, the leading and most trusted Islamic bank in the Sultanate of Oman, in partnership with the ‘Lahun Oman’ Initiative, successfully hosted the second session of the Tawazun Talks series at Majan University College.

The session, presented by Dr. Nola Al Mageni, PHD in Sociology, explored the theme ‘Finding Balance in a World of Expectations’. The session explored key themes related to distinguishing between chosen roles and imposed obligations, as well as the importance of redefining balance as a flexible, evolving concept that adapts to life’s changes. It provided participants with a unique platform for interactive discussions on purpose, responsibility, and achieving balance in life, fostering enthusiastic engagement among attendees.

The Tawazun Program focuses on key topics such as mental health, personal growth, and self-development, aiming to cultivate holistic well-being among Omani women and youth. Through this program, Bank Nizwa goes beyond providing financial solutions, leveraging Islamic values to create meaningful impact. By equipping participants with clarity, confidence, and purpose, the bank empowers them to play impactful roles in society, fostering resilient communities that drive Oman’s sustainable development and future progress.
