Etisalat's eCompany announces an integrated web design and hosting service

Announces tie ups with three leading web development companies for design, development of web hosting

Dubai, July 10, 2004: The eCompany, Etisalat's one-stop e-powerhouse business unit, has announced the launch of a complete and integrated package for web design and hosting needs. It has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with three well known web design houses in the UAE, as it expands its services for corporate customers. According to the MoU, Advanced Digital Technology, Al-Ghanem Net Computers LLC and Cyber Gear LLC, will act as resellers for the eCompany web hosting services operated by the eCompany in the Etisalat state-of-the-art data center.

Commenting on the agreement and its benefits for customers, Mr. Abdulla Hashim, Senior Manager for Business Development and Marketing, eCompany, said: "This combination of web design and web hosting services offers customers multiple options to suit their individual requirements. They range from the development and hosting of a simple website with basic information to more complex ones that incorporate extranets and database management technologies. Our customers find great value in outsourcing the entire process as it is cost effective, has a faster time to market and does away with the need to maintain an in-house qualified IT resource."
