Dubai: Empay, a pioneer in the contactless payment system in the UAE and wider region, conducted a one of its kind education fee payment promotional campaign- “AED 10,000 for Paying Tuition Fees on Empay for 3 winners” for its users last month, coinciding with the back-to-school season. Empay users who paid & transacted their child's tuition fees through the app were enrolled for a digital raffle draw to win cash rewards.
The winners of the digital raffle draw were announced at a private ceremony held at Empay’s head office, following the COVID protocols as per the UAE government. The winners were awarded the prize money by Empay’s CEO, Ms. Muna Al Qassab & Deputy CEO, Mr. Gigi George Koshy.
Commenting on the occasion Ms. Muna Al Qassab, CEO of Empay said, “The world is fast moving towards digitalisation, and soon the traditional methods of transactions will become obsolete. We organised this campaign keeping in mind the need of the hour, encouraging the UAE residents to take the digital route to complete their transactions, also making it rewarding for them. Mir Shafiqur Bazlur Rahman, Nandu Ajith, and Leevinya Agnel Lopes were the lucky winners to take home the prize money worth AED 10,000 each. The winners were selected from Empay’s partner schools in the UAE.
