Pioneering real estate development company Emaar’s Creek Beach District is being led by SSH, acting as lead consultant on the master planned development.
The Creek Beach District will be an urban city set to provide a lifestyle experience unlike anywhere else in Dubai. Flanked by the Ras Al Khor Wildlife sanctuary, this waterfront development with spectacular views towards the Dubai skyline, will act as an integral link between the Calatrava-designed Dubai Creek Tower & Plaza, and Creek Island Dubai developments within the Dubai Creek Harbour district.
SSH’s scope on this prestigious master plan is to provide full multidisciplinary services as lead consultant comprising architecture, MEP, structures and public realm co-ordination.
With the buildings identified in the master plan as low to mid-rise, the multilayered design intent creates a pedestrian-friendly zone at a human scale that encourages shopping, socialising and relaxing. The vision is to create a modern interpretation of an old Middle Eastern city, comprising a vibrant ground level with residents living above.
Featuring a network of courtyard, walkways and family-oriented waterfront area, all well equipped with vibrant community spaces, including commercial, retail and F&B, Creek Beach will be home to a varied range of residential units. The district will be interspersed with extensive public, communal and private amenities. A hotel will also bring the benefits of a hospitality component to the development.
The district will be built in two phases covering a total GFA of approximately 343,700 sqm. Emaar is carrying out a phased rollout of residential clusters to market as development progresses.
