Dubai, 11 October 2011: Al Barari, a unique and ground-breaking eco-friendly residential community in Dubai, has announced completion of Phase 1 of its residential development, which consists of 189 palatial villas between 14.2 million square feet spread across a lush landscape of exotic gardens.  The Al Barari development, one of Dubai's most coveted residences, can be considered amongst the biggest real estate success stories in Dubai, with 95 percent of its Phase 1 villas now sold and handed over.
