Gladwell will address a selection of the UAE's leading CEOs, under the session's theme of 'Extraordinary Lives and Achievements'. This is an 'invitation only' event.

Gladwell's success has earned him international recognition, including a spot in 'Time' Magazine's 100 Most Influential People (2005) list; inclusion in the 'Foreign Policy' Top 100 Global Thinkers 2010 and 2009 list; the 10th ranking on The Thinkers 50 2011, and a spot in the 'Newsweek' 'Top 10 New Thought Leaders of the Decade'. In addition to being an author, Gladwell is a Staff Writer for 'The New Yorker'. He will release his fifth book, 'David and Goliath', in 2013.
