Oh!Message, Dubai-based most private chatting application in the world, announced that the application doesn’t allow links sharing, which gives users high security and protects them from intruders and scammers.
Oh!Message, which was launched by UAE-based entrepreneurs Mohammed Othman and Haian Nayouf in September 2021, enables users to send voice and written messages that disappear from the sender’s account after 10 seconds if it is read by the recipient or not, and it will also disappear from the recipient’s account after 10 seconds of opening or playing it. The message will be destroyed completely within the application and will not be stored on the app servers.
“Many mobile users receive malicious links with the aim of fraud and phishing. Therefore, our application does not allow links sharing, and this gives users a highly secure chatting experience as well as the absolute privacy that they already enjoy. While some chatting apps try to reduce the risk of fraud and malicious links, there is no such risk in our app at all”, said engineer Mohammed Othman, Co-Founder and Chief of Technology at Oh!Message.
“The users’ feedback indicates that the security and privacy features have really encouraged them to use our application, and we are now in the global markets. For example, some big specialized Chinese IT portals recommended our app in China because it is safe and provides great privacy”, said Haian Nayouf, Co-Founder and Chief of Communications at Oh!Message.
Oh!Message is end-to-end encrypted but it has also other features that make it the most private app among messaging apps, such as users don’t appear online while using it, and their locations are not tracked.
The experience of communications through this application is easy and simple, in terms of its small size on the users’ mobiles, and that the user will not be preoccupied with the complexities of adjusting privacy setting because privacy in this app is not optional.
