New inkjets from Dell offer exceptional performance to customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
Dubai, UAE - Dell has announced its new Photo All-In-One Printer 924 and Photo All-In-One Printer 944, ideal for home and small office users across EMEA. The new multifunction printers come with advanced photo capabilities, including PictBridge in a stylish, compact design. Perfect for all colour print projects, the Photo AIO 924 and 944 printers offer the ability to scan, colour-copy, fax and print from one single unit. The Photo AIO 924 and 944 are priced at AED 399 and AED 599, respectively.
Outstanding PerformanceThese models are fast and easy to use with print speeds of up to 20 pages per minute (ppm) in black and up to 16 ppm in colour for the Photo AIO 924 and up to 20 ppm in black, 16 ppm in colour for the Photo AIO 944.
The Photo AIO 924 and AIO 944 printers have outstanding 4800x1200 print resolution and up to 19,200 dpi (interpolated) scan resolution in 48-bit colour enabling users to scan graphics and documents and enlarge originals up to 400 percent with superior image definition and clarity.
Advanced Photo Features
Both printers offer a PictBridge port, which allows users to print photos direct from a digital camera, without the need for a PC. They also include an automatic paper sensor that can sense plain paper, photo paper or transparencies. It automatically adjusts the print settings to deliver optimal print quality. The AIO 944 also has a USB memory key port, memory card slots and a 2.4-inch (63.5-mm) LCD display for enhanced standalone photo printing.
Style and Simplicity
The Photo AIOs both weigh 5.9kg (13 lb) and have a footprint of just 436.9mm(H) x 444.5mm(W) x 289.6mm(D) making them ideal for home or small office use where space is at a premium. With a new arctic white and alpine silver design the printers blend into any environment. The AIO printers are perfect for consumers looking for a high performance, compact printer, where set up and installation is effortless and who want to perform a wide variety of projects quickly and conveniently. In addition, optional wireless capabilities mean the printers can print and scan from anywhere via an existing wireless network.

A Wide Range of Accompanying SoftwareThe Photo AIO 924 and Photo AIO 944 printers additionally offer Optional Character Recognition (OCR) software, which allows scanning of printed documents for editing with any word processing programme. Other software includes the Dell Ink Management System, which comes as standard to alert users when ink runs low, with a direct link to Dell online ordering service, with ink cartridges being delivered at no extra cost.
