Damas International Limited (the Company) announced today that it was informed by Abdulmonem Rashed Al Rashed, Director of RIMCO Investment Company LLC which is a subsidiary of Rashed Abdulrahman Al Rashed & Son's Co., that RIMCO Investment Company LLC has purchased on 12 July 2011 , 3,167,945 (three million one hundred sixty seven thousand nine hundred forty five) shares in Damas International Limited, at USD 0.10029 per share equivalent to USD 317,713.70 and this has brought the total number of shares in Damas International Limited owned by both companies, RIMCO Investment Company L.L.C. and Rashed Abdul Rahman Al Rashed & Son's Co. to 61,800,999 (sixty one million eight hundred thousand nine hundred ninety nine) shares, equivalent to more than 6% of the Company's issued capital.

Prior to this transaction, the shareholding in the Company was 5.927%. Following the transaction, the shareholding has increased to 6.247%.
