stc’s Chief Human Resources Officer, engineer Ahmad Hamad Al-Hammad, participated in one of the round table discussions at the summit called, “Digital Leaders: Future of HR in a data driven world”. During the discussion, Al-Hammad, as well as the other panelists, discussed the impact of people analytics for a new world of work, key trends shaping the future of HR in the MENA region, the amount of mobility, autonomy, and flexibility an organization can entrust in its employees, and how technology is helping HR leaders manage a dispersed workforce. Al-Hammad shared his insights on the impact of data-driven HR strategies in driving business growth for stc, and how to continuously empower and enhance the employee experience.

When it comes to fostering a dynamic work culture, stc has nurtured a performance-driven environment through employee growth initiatives and compensation programs that recognize employees based on their performance.
