Kuwait: Keeping in with the spirit of the Holy Month of Ramadan, Emirates’ Country Manager in Kuwait and Iraq, Khalid Al Zarooni, recently hosted a Suhoor for members of the media, providing them with the latest updates on Emirates’ operations and business performance in Kuwait, as well as the current trends shaping travel in and out of the market. The event took place at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa.

“Ramadan is a special time and we always look for ways to celebrate this month with our customers, partners as well as close media contacts and key influencers. It was my honour to host esteemed members of the press for Suhoor, not only to show Emirates’ generous hospitality but also to provide them the latest updates when it comes to the aviation and travel industry, as well as share our wide-ranging products and services that are helping us better serve our customers as they continue to venture out to new destinations.” commented Khalid Al Zarooni.

Emirates currently serves Kuwait with four daily flights operated by its Boeing 777 aircraft, connecting travellers to Dubai and beyond across the airline’s global network of close to 140 destinations. Emirates’ extensive route network provides convenient connections for both business and leisure travellers, as well as increased cargo capacity for shipment of goods. This year, popular destinations for Kuwaiti travellers include Dubai, the Maldives, the UK, France and Japan. Emirates has also been uplifting its frequencies to Kuwait during busier holiday periods, and recently added flights to accommodate for a surge of travellers looking to head off for their holidays.
