To put real fireworks into the festivities, Chef de Cuisine Mark Hagan has put together a tantalizing selection of gourmet dishes including Salad of Peppered Tuna Loin, Duck Fois Gras, Mussel Soup, a choice of US Veal Loin or Roast Monkfish and Rhubarb and Vanilla Crme.
