BDO, the leading professional services firm, is holding a major regional seminar updating staff on developments in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
The three day seminar, from 8-10 October 2013, is being run by Andrew Buchanan, BDO's Global Head of IFRS, who draws on his direct experience and relationships with international standard setters and regulators. Due to major changes in standards on consolidation being introduced in 2013, Mr Jawad Habib, BDO's Regional Senior Partner, commissioned the event, attended by senior BDO staff from Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, the UAE and Kuwait.
The overall objective of the seminar is to empower regional staff to continue to offer an outstanding service to our clients when advising on the presentation of their financial statements, and delivering high quality audits.
