Ayna.com the Arabic Search Engine announced its contribution, as main supporter to the Pan Arab Web Awards (PAWA) Competition, organized, for the sixth consecutive year, by the Pan Arab Web Awards Academy, in several Arab countries.
AYNA strongly believes in the importance of this competition in enhancing the online experience in the MENA region. AYNA's contribution to PAWA this year will add value to the event, through bringing in a new informative award: "The Best Arabic Knowledge content website", which is presented to the best website acting as a searchable and shared informative reservoir, as well as a free Arabic Knowledge-spreading center for the community. By distributing several awards, AYNA will encourage website owners having an informative content to participate in this ceremony to improve the knowledge content on the Arabic web.
Pan Arab Web Awards event was created to recognize excellence in web design, development and showcase the creativity in a competition organized in different Arab countries for the best website in the Pan Arab Region. Through Pan Arab Web awards event, participants have the opportunity to widen contacts and networks, foster cooperation, enhance knowledge, build capacities and exchange information.
AYNA's contribution to the 2009-2010 Pan Arab Web Awards competition is a further step towards maintaining the cultural ties in the Arab world.
