30 July 2013 Doha, Qatar: Aspire Zone Foundation (AZF) received their International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certificate during a company-wide Suhoor at Katara's Cultural Village to mark the month of Ramadan. The ISO certification demonstrates AZF's commitment to the highest standards of Health and safety, Quality management and environmental management system.

Mr. Khalid Al-Sulaiteen, AZF President Assistant of Operations, expressed the organization's pride and gratitude towards its employees for working to achieve the vision and mission of Aspire. He added that Aspire has achieved many of its goals because of its employees' leadership and experience. He said, "Events such as today's Suhoor are occasions which strengthen the societal bond between Aspire's employees. These events enable staff to meet each other in a friendly and relaxed environment. I consistently look forward to similar events which allow us to interact away from the daily stresses of work."

Mr. Abdulaziz al-Mahmoud, Director General of Aspire Logistics received the ISO certificate at the event which was attended by AZF's employees, managing directors and various officials from AZF member organizations, Aspetar, Aspire Academy and Aspire Logistics.

Mr. Sudhir Pandra Velosi Regional Manager  congratulated AZF for its continuous pursuit of, and commitment to, providing its customers and employees with the highest standards of quality in areas such as security, safety and environmental preservation

A past patient of Aspetar, Mubarek Al Marri attended the event and explained that after sustaining a severe shoulder injury, none of his doctors were able to provide an adequate diagnosis and treatment plan. However, specialists at Aspetar, including Dr. Matteo Regusci, immediately understood the nature of the injury and were able to help him return to work ahead of schedule. Mr. Al Marri then presented the audience with pictures of himself parachuting out of a plane carrying a banner reading, "Thank you Dr. Matteo".

The Suhoor was attended by AZF employees and their families and provided an opportunity for the entire Aspire team to network on a social level, sharing in Ramadan good-will.
