AqualisBraemar, a leading offshore, marine and loss adjusting consultancy to the energy, shipping and insurance industries, has appointed Dirk Jol to head up the group’s adjusting division in the Middle East and India.
AqualisBraemar’s adjusting service specialises in the investigation and resolution of insurance claims and commercial disputes within both the energy (offshore and onshore), power and marine industries. Key services include loss adjusting, expert witness, dispute resolution and risk assessment. The company is part of Oslo-listed consultancy group AqualisBraemar ASA.
Dirk Jol been with AqualisBraemar since 2015, and held senior roles at the company’s Dubai and Singapore offices. Prior to joining AqualisBraemar, he worked six years for McDermott International in Singapore plus a couple of years at Tidewater Marine. Jol holds a degree in civil engineering from Purdue University, USA.
In December, AqualisBraemar launched an international recruitment drive to ramp up its adjustment business serving all aspects of the oil, gas, power and marine sectors. The company is looking to fill several positions in London and Singapore, plus to increase the size of its current teams in the USA, Mexico and United Arab Emirates.
