Al Noor Hospital, Al Ain (ANHAA), Part of the Al Noor Group and the leading private hospital in Al Ain has appointed Mrs. Jeanette L. Hillman as the Hospital Director. Mrs. Hillman takes over from the outgoing director, Mrs. Amina El Saleh who now directs the new Abu Dhabi Airport Road Hospital.
Mrs. Hillman joined the hospital in 2006 as the Quality Manager. In this capacity she assisted Mrs. Amina in the hospital's attainment of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 2006 and soon after attained JCI Accreditation, considered the gold standard in global healthcare. Under their auspices, both quality standards have been maintained diligently.
Following her success as Quality Manager, Mrs. Hillman was appointed the Acting Hospital Director in 2008. She stepped in to oversee the day to day running of the hospital with stride overseeing the construction, opening and running of a new Primary Healthcare Center, leading ANHAA through a successful ISO recertification and maintaining the institution's reputation of providing quality healthcare services.Dr. Kassem Alom, Managing Director of Al Noor Hospital said: "Jeanette Hillman ascends to her new position with 3 years experience in Al Noor, a Master's degree in Education from the University of Georgia, a Master's degree in Counseling from Colorado and brings a wealth of expertise gathered in her 15 years experience in Management.
