On 3 February 2023, Ms. Sasirit Tangulrat, Ambassador of Thailand to Comoros paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Mr. Houmed Msaidié, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Environment and Tourism of Comoros. Ministère de l’agriculture, de la pêche de l'environnement et du tourisme. Both sides discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in agriculture and tourism. Ambassador Sasirit reiterated the readiness of the Thai side to share expertise in agro processing including the transformation of Ylang Ylang to herbal medicine, and also the development of eco-tourism which would be suitable for a resourceful and beautiful country like Comoros. The Minister expressed his interest to visit Thailand and is willing to exchange knowledge on these areas with Thailand.
