Afia Foods selected Oracle Process Manufacturing to automate the entire product lifecycle for all its manufacturing needs, from new product development, recipe management and production, to cost and quality management. The new system enables Afia Food to formulate products to individual customer requirements, manage variability, optimize capacity, and drive continuous process improvement.

Through the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite, Afia Foods now operates an integrated suite of applications that includes Oracle Process Manufacturing, Oracle Financials, Oracle Supply Chain Management, and Oracle Human Resources Management System.  Oracle E-Business Suite integrates the company's business functions for increased efficiency, effective management and enhanced cost controls.

The implementation process was done in collaboration with Mahindra Satyam, the brand identity of Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE:SAY), a leading global consulting and IT services provider. All necessary training and consultation for the project was provided in partnership with Oracle.
