This certificate was presented to Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC) following an assessment by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), a leading accredited provider of management system certification, verification and training. The assessment consisted of an independent audit which attested the consistency of ADNIC in its insurance products, processes, and claims handling.
"Becoming an ISO registered company is a natural extension of our quality and service commitment to our customers across the region; this significant achievement is in line with ADNIC's 'Customer Service' Strategic Pillar and a mark of ADNIC's promise to continue investing in improving processes to consistently meet customer's and business partner's needs and exceed their expectations", said Walid Sidani, Chief Executive Officer of ADNIC.
