A partnership deal that includes shopping centers owned and managed by Tamdeen Shopping Centers
Kuwait - 3rd February, 2009: Tamdeen Shopping Centers Company, a subsidiary of Tamdeen Real Estate Company, recently signed Build Operate & Transfer (BOT) contracts with Qualitynet, Kuwait's leading provider of data, internet & smart building services. The contracts assign Qualitynet as the exclusive partner to Tamdeen Shopping Centers Company, for the complete provisioning, management and support of IT and Telecommunication services at Al Kout Mall, Al Manshar Mall and the newly built state-of-the-art 360 MALL.
The contract was signed by Eng. Ahmed Al Sarawi, Vice Chairman & CEO of Tamdeen Shopping Centers Company, and Qualitynet's Managing Director, Mr. Rashid Abdullah. Amongst the people who were present while signing this partnership deal, is Eng. Zeyad Bin Sanad, Tamdeen Shopping Centers' IT Deputy General Manager and other prominent figures from Qualitynet such as Mr. Mohammed Al Nisf, Mr. Waleed Al Qallaf and Mr. Ali Ismail.
Commenting on this occasion, Eng. Ahmed Al Sarawi said: "Implementing the BOT system within the technology sector is a new, innovative idea that Tamdeen Shopping Centers Company has pioneered in. Qualitynet was chosen for its respectable and leading position in the market coupled with its extensive experience in commissioning world class telecommunication projects."

"The contracts are based on BOT and include the provisioning of integrated and total IT & Telecommunication services & solutions for all tenants of the shopping malls as well as the managements' offices. Qualitynet will provide a wide array of services to Tamdeen Shopping Centers Company, such as Internet, Data Communication, Payment Gateways, Security Systems and other world class smart services that accommodate tenants' requirements," added Abdulla.
