Muscat: Thousands of students across the Indian schools in Oman tuned in to watch Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s live webcast on how to tackle exam stress, with many students scheduled to write their exams soon.


A statement from the Embassy of India in Muscat said: “Thousands of students in Indian schools in Oman watched the live webcast of Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020 by Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi.”

Modi’s webcast, which broadcast live around the world, took place on 20 January, 2020, and was called Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020, with the English translation being ‘a discussion on exams’.

Among the schools that watched his webcast were Indian schools in Darsait, Ibri, Jalan, Salalah, Mabella, Muladha, Ghubra, Wadi Kabir, Nizwa, Sur and Khasab.

There are a total of 21 Indian schools in Oman, with the others being Indian School Muscat, Seeb, Sohar, Ibra, Rustaq, Buraimi, Masirah, Thumrait, Saham and Bousher.
