ABU DHABI- Sheikha Lubna bint Khalid Al Qasimi, Minister of State for Tolerance, pointed out that human resources personnel were a key component in the institutional work system of the public and private sectors.
In her speech at the 5th GCC Human Resources and Labour Market Executive Conference, organised by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, she stressed that GCC countries were keen to empower and develop human resources management. There is a need for human resources that can positively contribute towards making the work environment inspiring for everybody, regardless of their race, gender, or religion, she added.
Sheikha Lubna called upon human resources to be equipped with noble and professional ethics based on fraternity, cooperation at work, the commitment to achieve the objectives set out by the workplace, as well as perform duties with high levels of efficiency.
