Doha: Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, recently opened a new, dedicated sales office in Hyderabad -- the airline's sixth destination in India.

The official opening ceremony was attended by Gulf Air Country Manager to India Abdul Husain Abdul Rahman and the airline's station manager in Hyderabad Jabir Ali together with a number of officials representing Hyderabad International Airport and representatives from ground handling service providers and travel partners.

During the opening ceremony AbdulHusain highlighted the importance of Hyderabad amongst Gulf Air's destinations in India adding that the opening of this new dedicated sales office is part of the airline's ongoing expansion and business strategy within the Indian market and its mission to provide quality customer service to enhance its competitive position in the market, which is, to date, witnessing significant growth in passenger traffic across the airline's Indian destinations.
