Kuwait has registered 719 new cases of the coronavirus (COVID-19) on Monday, bringing the total number to 27,762 so far, according to an official disclosure by the Ministry of Health.
The number of recoveries surged by 1,513 over the last 24 hours and reached 12,899 while fatalities from the new virus increased by eight to stand at 220.
Currently, the total number of patients in intensive care stands at 204, while the number of active cases is 14,643.
