Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) said that the On-The-Job Training Program (Tamheer) will support three new occupations as part of the initiative launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) aiming to nationalise jobs.

The supported fields are women beauty, accounting and legal audit, as well as law and legal consultations, according to a statement on Sunday.

The step is in line with Tamheer’s goals aiming to support the initiatives and objectives set for nationalisation efforts while developing the skills and capabilities of the national cadres and enhancing the performance of private-sector establishments involved in such fields across the kingdom.

Under the 3-6-month programme, Saudi nationals will be trained at government entities, international organisations, and private companies where they will gain work experience required to participate in the labour market.
