Alexandria Mineral Oils Company (AMOC) reported a consolidated net profit increase of 146% year-on-year (YoY) for the first half (H1) of fiscal year (FY) 2022/2023, according to the company’s unaudited financial income statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.

The company has achieved a net profit after tax of EGP 1.004 billion in the six-month period ended December 31st, compared to EGP 407.503 million in H1 FY 2021/2022.

On the other hand, AMOC reported a standalone net profit after tax of EGP 850.695 million for the six-month period ended December 31st, up from EGP 345.802 million in the year-ago period.
