AMMAN — Jordan’s Ambassador in Mexico City, Adli Khaldi, met with Mexican Minister of Tourism Miguel Torruco Marquez, as part of a series of meetings with several senior Mexican officials to discuss enhancing bilateral relations.

Talks addressed enhancing tourism ties, developing cooperation in training and restoration, and exchanging expertise in combating antiquities smuggling, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Tuesday.

The envoy indicated that the two countries seek to implement the memorandum of understanding signed in February 2014 in the field of tourism.
