KUWAIT -- The price of Kuwaiti oil went down by 99 cents to USD 60.41 per barrel on Monday, compared to USD 61.40 pb last Friday, said the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Tuesday.


At the global level, the price of Brent crude increased by USD 1.30 to USD 61.94 per barrel, while the same occurred with the West Texas Intermediate, which went up by USD 1.34 to USD 58.08 pb.
