Cairo –  The Egyptian National Programme for Community, Human, and Local Development (Mashroak) has financed about 1,830 projects with EGP 157.027 million in the Red Sea Governorate, the Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported on Wednesday, citing the Governor Amr Hanafy as saying.

These projects have created nearly 2,700 jobs, Hanafy added.

Mashroak comes under the framework of the Central Bank of Egypt’s (CBE) initiative to finance micro-, small-, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) with loans at an interest rate of 7%.
